My name is Elizabeth. I am the founder of the company Die Sprießerie. The Sprießerie is my roof garden in Potsdam. An oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle. A place to breathe deeply for our urban climate.
Here in the shop you will find delicacies and handmade items from my little world. Together with lovingly selected beauties for city gardens, you and your green home. Because for me, everything is inseparably linked - from the seed to the enjoyment at the table, from the first handshake of a new product to your home.

The Sprießerie shop
My web shop is deliberately not a giant. His fine product selection is growing slowly and only where it makes sense. I let it blossom little by little - like my plants in the garden. You can rely on this, there is only honestly beautiful and good things here to consciously enjoy. Decorate your green feel-good place tastefully. Make yourself happy with carefully selected pieces of jewelry or let yourself be inspired for your loved ones.

I am convinced that conscious consumption of high-quality, long-lasting items and short delivery routes can make a small contribution to climate protection. This is one of the reasons why there is always a selection of SECOND HAND products in the shop that are looking for a new home.

The Sprießerie - manufactory
Of course you can also find all the delicacies from my manufactory here. I work with a small team at Brahmii Potsdam . There we make every product the same way you would in your kitchen - with dedication and with a huge amount of love.
We make a difference with our work - consciously. Because from us you get something unique and not a mass-produced product. Our ingredients are freshly processed from our own roof garden. What we cannot grow ourselves, we source from partners - preferably locally. We attach great importance to gluten-free ingredients and sustainable seasonal cultivation, of course organic.
From us you will receive a special treat - pure in taste and incomparable quality. We manufacture in small quantities. Often a variety is only available while stocks last.
