Flower art in a bouquet & with hedgehogs

Hedgehogs are not only an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional sticky material. Flower gardeners use them to create beautiful bouquets and bouquets.

This workshop introduces you to the world of Ikebana - the Japanese art of flower arranging. And in creating a beautiful bouquet of flowers.

Create your first bouquet with flowers and natural materials from the Sprießerie Gardens. We harvest together, you learn how to build flower bouquets and process plants so that they stay fresh for a long time.

You have time to enjoy fine delicacies from the Sprießerie Garten and from my local partners.

Planting and sowing in autumn

Fall is my favorite time to plant. I like to call it the second spring. When the earth is still warm and rainfall is increasing again, it is the best time to plant and grow delicious winter vegetables for the next gardening year.

This workshop will show you what you can plant in your garden or on the balcony in autumn. It's about perennials, flower bulbs, woody plants paired with robust flowers and crops. We sow winter vegetables and salads, plant and get our hands dirty together.

Learn with delicious tea from the roof garden and go home with at least one pot full of tips and your favorite plant.

Making wreaths in Advent

It's going to be festive in the Sprießerie Studio. With fine Christmas treats, we make a wreath from all sorts of fresh and dried natural treasures. Decorate your front door or apartment with it.

I'll show you how to make wreaths easily and with different materials. You will learn the technology in small groups, so there is always enough room for questions.
