Round brush for pots and vegetables

This brush from Iris Hantverk is something special. It is lovingly handcrafted from oiled maple wood and brush hairs made from plant fibers by people with visual impairments in a small workshop in Sweden.

With its round shape, the wooden brush sits comfortably in the hand. I find them ideal for cleaning potatoes and root vegetables. Thanks to the brush design and the sturdy knob, it is also ideal for cleaning heavily soiled pots and pans. They are also great for cleaning mushrooms.
